This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience, or other transactions.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated email address included in the Contact Information section of this Policy. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Data Security

  • Request erasure of your Personal Information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Information where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing, where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your Personal Information to comply with local law.
